Oda Bultum University is a young, energetic public higher education institution located 326 kilometres east of Addis Ababa, in Chiro, eastern Oromia, Ethiopia. Differentiated as a comprehensive university, OBU focuses on producing ethical, competent graduates, problem-solving research, and demand-driven community service — guided by the motto “Productive Mind for Development.”
