Students in the College of Natural Resources & Environmental Science have many opportunities to gain first-hand field experiences in some of the best outdoor classrooms in the country forests, rangelands, conservation and protected areas like national park, sanctuaries, wildlife hunting area, diversified landscape, agro ecology of  the area  & scenic beauty of the mountain, archeological and cultural centers & existing traditional  NRM conservation practices and indigenous soil and water conservation practices & agro forestry systems in the area..
