Welcome to Oda Bultum University
Oda Bultum University School of Law has been established within the context of the broader objectives of the University. The School of Law was officially established by the decision of the University Senate in July 2018.The Law School is one of the nine colleges/Institute/Schools of Oda Bultum University which is located at the new campus. Even though It was established by holding three staffs, now it is the School with 10 men instructors and 2 Female Instructors of the total with 12 staffs. The School has a strong presence in the community among others via the Free Legal Aid center of the School of Law. At the moment it is offering the undergraduate training and is strongly working in diversifying training in near future.

Since its establishment the School of Law has earned a national reputation for to be one of educational excellence, academic rigor, and the highest standards of professionalism providers. At the Moment School’s academic programs is undergraduate LLB in Law Programs. The graduate-level programs have planned to offer in the near future. Since 2018 the School has launched LLB program in Law. In running these programs, our national partnerships help us to draw the best practice and experience of nationally and internationally known Law Schools and Academic institutions.
Our Law School contributes among the nation’s law schools in areas, such as the quality of education and training we provide, , staff profile, library acquisition, and the legal aid service we provide to the vulnerable members of the community. Our Academic community is characterised by care and concern for others. They are often recognised for their excellence and they are exceptional scholars who love to teach. Our law professors are prominent scholars and experts in established and emerging areas of law who challenge and inspire students in an intense yet supportive environment. Our professors are dedicated to bringing real life experiences into the classroom and clinical setting to enhance the learning outcomes of the students.
Located in the beautiful new Campus of the University, our staff members and students are actively engaged in academic, research, and community service projects that make an immediate impact on the community and the country at large. We have a talented, diverse and energetic community of staff and students. Most importantly, we are educating and preparing our students for the practice of law in an ever-changing legal profession through rigorous classroom instruction and in-depth practical experiences through our Free Legal Aid Centre and Moot Court Centre. We hope Our efforts shall reflected in the very high Law exit exam passage rates, the highest mark scored in the national law exit exam, and number of cups won in the National Moot court competition.
Moreover, we strive day and night to make our graduates in whatever institution they work, to be earned their glowing reputation for legal craftsmanship, high ethical standards and leadership throughout the country and beyond.
