\"\"The Office of the University Registrar at Oda Bultum University focuses on providing timely and quality services to students and faculty. Its key responsibilities include managing academic calendars, handling student admissions and placements, maintaining academic records, and processing registration and transcript requests.
The office supports faculty and students through scheduling, record-keeping, and the issuance of diplomas and student ID cards, ensuring effective administration of enrollment and graduation processes.<\/p>\n

The office of the registrar prioritizes students’ educational needs, emphasizing a commitment to timely service delivery. It recognizes the variety of student needs and underscores the importance of clarity in communication when addressing inquiries. Our office is responsible for preparing students’ results at the end of each semester and upon request.<\/p>\n

In general, the registrar has the following roles:<\/p>\n

Recruiting and registering students as per the university’s plan;<\/p>\n

Maintaining students’ academic records;<\/p>\n

Receiving admission applications and forwarding them to relevant colleges;<\/p>\n

Providing student transcripts and credentials;<\/p>\n

Issuing, renewing, and replacing identification cards; and<\/p>\n

Preparing graduation lists for Senate approval.<\/p>\n
